The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which had           
been moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 1814), would be held            
to tomorrow's calendar:

"An Act making, amending, and repealing capital and other                     
appropriations; making appropriations to capitalize funds; and                 
providing for an effective date."
